Refund & Returns Policy

Return Eligibility
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, products must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In their original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened skincare products
- Opened beauty products
- Opened grooming products
- Personal care items that have been used
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Our team will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Exchanges
We currently replace products only when they are damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may qualify for return under this policy.
